- Design and implement a company listening plan including real-time conversations online, blogs, and articles written on company, industry, services, products, or executives.
- Phase 5: Infrastructure Development
- Based on strategy, we build the tools including social network, social bookmarking, blog, and micro-blog platforms in a way that is consistent with the client’s brand. It’s important to note that we design these tools with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO).
- Re-purpose existing company content in distribute-able formats.
- Phase 6: Training
- Train client’s team on social media initiatives, strategy and tools and rollout a content distribution plan.
- Phase 7: Execution of Campaigns and Contests
- Execute campaigns to increase client engagement and user-generated content.
- Phase 8: Analysis and Strategic Re-Development
- Analyze effectiveness of current social media initiates based on metrics – website traffic, interactions, client engagement, and other key metrics.
